SUGar Free Peanut Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 tbsp ISLand Style peanut butter, crunchy if you want to have a little peanut crunch in the sauce, or smooth for a silky one.

  • 180ml coconut milk

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tsp tamari or Soy

  • 1 tsp fresh grated or minced ginger

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric and a grind of black pepper, optional

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until smooth

Use as a sauce for stir frys , meats or to Dip Veggies
