Peanut Noodles - with a little Heat!

This is a super easy bowl of noodles for afternoon tea or lunch.  We packed it up and took it to the beach!

We took our inspiration from fitgreenmind (Vinaka!) and tweaked it a bit using mostly Fijian made ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet of noodles

For the sauce:

  • 1 TBSP Island Style SMOOTH peanut butter

  • 1 TBSP soy sauce

  • 1 TBSP @rollingrockhotsauce Flammable CannibalšŸ”„

  • 1 TBSP Pacific Taste honey

  • 1/2 Tsp garlic powder and ginger powder. Or use Fresh!

  • A little noodle water.




ADD INS:

A handful of thinly sliced cucumber.

Chopped coriander

Chopped peanuts

Fresh Chilli

spring Onions




Directions:

Cook noodles to packet instructions.

Mix together all sauce ingredients. Stir through cooked and drained noodles.

Add your add ins!

ps you can reduced the amount of hot sauce or just use a ginger garlic sauce if your not keen on the heatšŸ”„
